Return & Refund Policy

At Noor Treasures, we take great care to ensure that all orders are carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch.

Refunds:
Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or defective. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs/videos of the damaged item as proof.

Exchanges:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on jewellery once the order has been delivered.

Please note that items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

We kindly request customers to check their order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
